Some chapters were written in sunny Spain (Benissa in April 2021), including the chapter Compassion & Gratitude. This topic is about thinking about the things that have become more and more natural over time - and being grateful for them. This also includes the daily sunrise. Since the time in Spain gave me a lot of strength and inspiration and the sunrise at the sea is particularly impressive, I wanted you to be part of this natural spectacle. For this I filmed the sunrise for about 20 minutes. So that the memories are not lost, we let the film play on a tablet at home when we enjoy the peace and quiet. You can download the sunrise from the download-link* (the same applies to the other sunrises that are available for download here). Above the download-link you can see the sunrise as a time lapse**.
*Note download > general: If you just click on the download-link, the integrated player of your browser will normally be started and the film will be played immediately (a separate window opens here). Depending on the speed of your internet, the film runs smoothly or it jerks every now and then. If you want to download the film to your computer / IPad / IPhone etc. via the download-link, the download will take a while, as the files are quite large. In the end, this has the advantage that you can watch the film in an acceptable quality, even on slightly larger screens.
*Note download > save on a computer: If you want to save the film on your computer, then you have to click with the right mouse button on the download-link and select "Save target as". Then you can save the file.
*Note download > save on a mobile phone / IPad / IPhone etc.: The method depends on your device or your system. If you e. g. have an IPhone or IPad with IOS, then you have to press the download-link a little longer. A pop-up-window will open and you can select "Load linked file". The file will then be saved on your device.
**Note sunrise > time lapse above the link: Above the download-link I have provided you with the respective sunrise in time lapse as a small film. So you can watch the sunrise in time lapse and then decide whether you want to download the file.
- All sunrises within the same recording period are highlighted with the same music.
- I tried to put together a varied selection for you (different perspectives, clear sky, after a rainy night, on a stormy morning, red-orange play of colors in the clouds, the waking of the city before sunrise, etc.).
- The duration of the film is given in brackets (if there is OS after the number in brackets, then no music is stored here, but the original sound is available, e.g. the sound of the sea). Depending on your time slot, you can choose the appropriate length. If you have a longer time, then simply play several films in succession or set the loop function of your browser for your favorite sunrise.
